Personally I'm surprised at what exclusives are ending up going the way of the 360. I mean splinter cell that's incredible. I just found that out. Plus command and conquer now.
It's so surprising. I'm not saying this to prove 360 rules and ps3 drools, I'm just flat out shocked how many multiplatforms aren't gonna be on the ps3.

NJ, his point is that he's not gonna rebuy his collection. It's just that there aren't any movies coming out in the next 3-5 years that aren't gonna be on DVD. The transition is gonna be so slow and he knows it. The 3% of uber-techs can try to progress all they want but if the average joe isn't on board then it doesn't go anywhere.

well that's the thing, it doesn't cost them anything cause those titles aren't selling anything now cause their a year old almost. So expect MS to make up for that in the coming months after the sale. Lower XBL or lower console retail costs after this cycle....who knows!!!

Well this is a step up from only packaging one game with a sku. So MS is going to give people choice with 4 games. I like that much better than only one.
But if MS wants people in late 2007 they need a 50-100 dollar price drop.

when are people gonna stop using that HORRIBLE PICTURE, that grosly makes the 360 look 2 times bigger than the PS3. When in actuality the PS3 is the biggest console by far.
Stuff like this really doesn't happen. Games like these have been tried in the past and failed miserably because no mature grown man wants to watch obviously fake stuff like this.

THIS IS HOW IT WILL PLAY OUT. At best for digital distribution, developers will give you a choice. Either you buy a set of DVD's to download on your massive Hard drive...OR...electronic distribution. Either way it'll be the same game.
But the clincher is that e-distribution could be offered cheaper. Like 5-10 bucks, kinda encourage everybody to get on the same page. It still shocks me how people think e-dist. would suddenly hit the market. There's a lot of jobs at stake here ...
